Return & Refund

While we make customer satisfaction our number one priority, we understand that sometimes the unforeseen can happen. For this reason, we have implemented a clear and fair return policy.
Returns are subject to the following conditions.
- Order number and proof of purchase are required for all returns.
- Returns will only be processed for items that are defective upon arrival, or in the event that the wrong item is received.
- We will replace items for the above reasons or in the event that an order is lost in transit.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We hold no liability for items misrouted due to buyer error.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition received to be eligible for return.
- We do not accept any responsibility for goods returned to us. This is the sender’s responsibility. We do not cover costs to send returns and exchanges back unless we have sent the incorrect parcel to you.
- We must be notified of the return request within 3 days of receiving the item. After 3 days items will be considered used.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and must include the shipment tracking number, the reason for the return, and your order number.
- To return your product for exchange or replacement, send an email along with your order number to email@example.com so that we can guide you through the process.
Replacements and Exchanges
Defective items will be replaced at no cost. If you simply wish to exchange an item for a different one, send us an email along with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Once returns are received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the status of your request. once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
